CLARIFICATION TEXT AND EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT ON THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF EMPLOYEE CANDIDATES

As n-Sü Torna Tesfiye Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“n-Sü” or “Company”), ​​we show utmost sensitivity to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we attach great importance to the processing and preservation of personal data of real persons who want to work within the Company and apply for a job in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”), ​​secondary regulations (regulations, circulars, circulars) enacted and to be enacted in accordance with the Law and binding decisions taken and to be taken by the Personal Data Protection Board. With full awareness of this responsibility, as the “Data Controller” as defined in the Law, we process your personal data as explained below and within the limits prescribed by the legislation.

Your personal data is processed by our company;

  • Updating the information sent to us and confirming its accuracy,
  • Ensuring that company activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures or relevant legislation,
  • Planning and execution of corporate sustainability, corporate governance, strategic planning and information security processes,
  • Fulfillment of obligations arising from Law No. 6698,

It is processed in accordance with the law and the rules of honesty, within the limits set forth in the Law, and always in a manner that is connected, limited and proportionate with these purposes.

  1. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed by the Human Resources Department employees and managers within the Company/the company official/officials who are responsible for the recruitment process only if needed within the scope of the purposes listed above.

  1. Methods of Collection of Personal Data and Legal Reasons

Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing or electronically by the Human Resources Department and/or the company official responsible for the recruitment process, through automatic and non-automatic methods such as e-mail, telephone, website and paper forms.

Your personal data such as name-surname, nationality, place of birth, date of birth, gender, marital status, driver's license, photograph, education information, telephone number, e-mail address, your personality assessment evaluations in order to determine your compliance with our company's working principles, working conditions and our team, your references, camera recordings and records taken during security control in order to monitor the entrances and exits of the workplace, your suitability for the job, and the reason for rejection in case your job application is negative. Pursuant to subparagraphs 2/d-e-f of Article 5 of the Law, it is processed based on the legal reasons that data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it is made public by the data subject himself/herself and that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

  1. Data Owners' Rights Under the Law

You can contact our company at any time;

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • Request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
  • Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
  • Request that the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) of Article 11 of the Law be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • To object to the occurrence of a result to your detriment by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data,

You may request to exercise your rights. You may submit your requests regarding your rights and the implementation of the Law by filling out the application form that you can obtain from the workplace and sending it with wet signature to the company address “Anadolu Mah. Kibar Sok. No: 10 Tuzla/İSTANBUL” via notary, registered mail or with your personal application or electronically, after signing the application form with your mobile signature or secure electronic signature, to gunsutorna@hs01.kep.tr. If our Company responds to requests within this scope in writing, it will respond without charging a fee for up to 10 (ten) pages; by charging the fee determined in the tariff by the KVK Board for each page over 10 (ten) pages. If the response to the application is given on a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, the fee that may be requested by the Company cannot exceed the cost of the recording medium.

In your application that includes your explanations regarding the right you request to exercise your rights specified above as a personal data owner; the subject you request must be clear and understandable, the subject you request must be related to you or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must present your special power of attorney approved by a notary public. In your applications, it is mandatory to include your name-surname, signature, Turkish Republic identity number, residence or workplace address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number, and the requested elements in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”. Applications that do not contain the aforementioned elements will be rejected by our Company.

I hereby accept and declare that I have read and understood this Information and Explicit Consent Text on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data of Job Candidates that has been communicated to me, and that I have been informed in a clear and understandable manner about the purposes and methods for which my personal data listed above, such as name, surname, identity information, education information and work experience, job title, will be processed and transferred, and about my rights arising from Law No. 6698 and how I will use these rights.
