PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING POLICY AND INFORMATION TEXT
As Gün-Sü Torna Tesfiye Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Gün-Sü” or “Company”), we show utmost sensitivity to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we attach great importance to the processing and preservation of your personal data that you have provided to our Company due to your service and commercial relationship in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”), the secondary regulations (regulations, circulars, circulars) that have been put into effect and will be put into effect, and the binding decisions taken and to be taken by the Personal Data Protection Board. Data Processor: The natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller based on the authority granted by the data controller,
Data Recording System: The registration system in which personal data is structured and processed according to certain criteria,
Data Controller: It refers to the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.

Your personal data may be transferred by the Data Controller to primarily official authorities, judicial authorities and regulatory and supervisory institutions, our subsidiaries and affiliates (only anonymously), our business partners (only anonymously), our investors (only anonymously), our performance assistants (only anonymously), our employees (only anonymously), our managers and suppliers (only anonymously), our shareholders (only anonymously), legally authorized public institutions and private persons within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5, 6, 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698, provided that the necessary security measures are taken and within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5, 6, 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698. In addition, your personal data may be transferred abroad, provided that the necessary security measures are taken and limited to the purposes stated in this Information Text.
- Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data may be processed in accordance with the contract concluded with you based on the conditions stated in Article 5/2 of the Law, i) It is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, ii) It is clearly stipulated in the laws, and iii) It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation, Information transmitted to our company's e-mail address, information transmitted directly to the department verbally or in writing, website, electronic mail, mobile communication, mobile applications, application and membership forms, various contracts and, without limitation, verbal, written or electronic processing.
- Data Owners' Rights Under the Law
By contacting our company whenever you want;

- Request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,

- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
- Request that the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) of Article 11 of the Law be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the occurrence of a result to your detriment by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- If you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you may request to exercise your rights to demand compensation for the damage.
You can send your requests regarding your rights and the implementation of the Law by filling out the application form that you can obtain from the workplace and by wet-signing it to the company address “Anadolu Mah. Kibar Sok. No: 10 Tuzla/ISTANBUL” via notary, registered mail or by your personal application or by signing the application form that you have filled out electronically with your mobile signature, secure electronic signature and sending it to gunsutorna@hs01.kep.tr. If our Company responds to requests within this scope in writing, it will respond without charging a fee for up to 10 (ten) pages; by charging the fee determined in the tariff by the KVK Board for each page over 10 (ten) pages. If the response to the application is given on a recording medium such as CD or flash memory, the fee that may be requested by the Company cannot exceed the cost of the recording medium.
In your application that includes your explanations regarding the right you request to exercise your rights specified above as a personal data owner; the subject you request must be clear and understandable, the subject you request must be related to you or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must present your special power of attorney approved by a notary public. In your applications, it is mandatory to include your name-surname, signature, Turkish Republic identity number, residence or workplace address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number, and the requested elements in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”. Applications that do not contain the said elements will be rejected by our company.
- Storage Period of Data Collected by Our Company
Your personal data is stored for the retention periods specified in the relevant legal legislation, or if no period is specified in the relevant legal legislation, for the period required by our Company's practices and commercial practices or the processing purposes mentioned above, and then deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with Article 7 of the Law.
